Quickie Recipe - Honey Garlic Salmon

I don’t know about you, but I hate having to skip through a bunch of paragraphs before I get to a recipe. So let’s get straight to the point.  

Prep time: 5 minutes  

Cook time: 10 minutes

 

What you need: 

2 Salmon Fillets  

1/4 cup of honey  

2tbs soy sauce

Splash of vinegar

2-3 garlic cloves (grated or finely chopped)  

Salt/ Pepper to taste

Oil of choice for cooking.  

 

Steps. 

1. In a bowl; combine honey, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic. Stir well.  

2. Take salmon and pat dry before placing into sauce mixture. Cover both sides and place in pan with an oil of your choice at medium high heat.  

3. Cook on one side for 3-5 minutes, flip the salmon and add remaining sauce and let fry for another 3-5 minutes until cooked through. Fish should flake off skin easily.

4. Plate with your choice of sides and enjoy!
